A young woman’s beautiful reaction to seeing the “ugly” first car her father got for her has the internet grinning from ear to ear.

We probably all went to school with that one kid whose dad owned a dealership or made a grip of money doing whatever, and he had a tricked-out WRX, G35, or RX7 that lasted about a total of 3 months before it ended up in a ditch, flipped over on the side of the road, sideswiped by a pick-up after an overzealous burnout, or wrapped around a tree.

There are throngs of articles out there that have delved into the stupidity of putting a teenager behind the wheel of a high-performance vehicle. Unless your teen is some kind of driving prodigy who’s spent a considerable amount of time behind the wheel before they were legally allowed to do so on the road, or on a private driving course, it’s probably a good idea to just put them in a “beater” whip, according to some.

However, the young woman in Melissa Tylor’s video (@melissatylor276) isn’t one of these kids who scoff at the first vehicles their folks purchased for them. In a viral TikTok that’s charmed over 27.1 million viewers on the popular social media platform, the young waitress can be seen smiling as she looks into the camera and walks outside of the restaurant she works at.

She’s just learned that her father bought her her first car. Beaming with appreciation she takes a gander at the vehicle and is all smiles, “It’s so ugly I love it,” she says, looking inside of the vehicle, her smile growing wider. She sees her father admiring her reaction off camera and tells him again, “it’s so ugly I love it.”

The two share a warm laugh and she runs to her dad and embraces him, he lifts her up into the air and the two share a hug. He tells her, “I’m sorry baby,” to which she replies “I love it!” reassuring him that she’s more than happy with her car.

A follow-up video uploaded to Tylor’s account shows the young girl cleaning her new vehicle with her father. As one user who saw the clip described it:

Tylor has uploaded other videos of her kids’ dad, showing snippets of their conversations that detail the nature of their positive relationship that has TikTokers praising the man and the dynamic he’s got with his kids.

Several people who saw the initial video of Tylor’s daughter catching her first glimpse of the vehicle expressed that it was the embodiment of good parenting and a perfect example of what matters most in life: a great relationship and emotional closeness: “First car arent made to last but her memories will”

Another person penned: “I love her reaction. my first car was a 90s camry lol”

“a grateful child.. and a dad doing his best.. totally awesome guys,” someone else said.

Many TikTokers thought that the clip was a piece of anti-entitlement footage that a lot of folks could learn from in order to keep their own spoiled tendencies in check: “Not everyone’s born with a silver spoon..What a grateful daughter and raised right”

There was another commenter who referenced a TikToker by the name of Flo who wanted to get a Lamborghini Urus as her first car. Although the vehicle sounds like it was named after a human act of biological waste secretion, and is the same exact car as an Audi RSQ8 with different decals and software branding (but costs about double the price) and rocks an engine created in a Volkswagen facility, the vehicle is still in high demand.

It seems that Flo received some negative blowback online after she detailed how excited she was about purchasing a used Lamborghini Urus, only to find out that someone else had purchased it when she was on her way to go and pick it up.

In a much maligned TikTok video, she posted about how she was purchasing a new Urus as her first car, which retails for anywhere from $390,000 to $402,750, and was so “depressed” about missing out on the first whip which forced her to wait for the delivery of a brand new vehicle, that she couldn’t even make her bed. Because of the sadness.

A far cry from the smiling demeanor and joy the young woman in Tylor’s video displayed upon receiving her “ugly” car that she absolutely loved.

A woman was in a parking lot when she spotted little kids left in a car. She called the police and recorded the whole incident. Here’s what happened.

What would you do if you found two little kids sitting in a car by themselves? One woman on TikTok was so distraught that she called the police. Not all heroes wear capes.

TikTok user @domioreo, who goes by Domi, recorded the whole incident and posted it on TikTok, imploring people not to leave their kids in cars.

We break down the video below.

A woman calls the police after finding little kids left in a car.

The video takes place in a parking lot with Domi addressing us directly and the words on the screen read, “bro… PLEASE STOP LEAVING YOUR LITTLE CHILDREN IN THE F—— CAR UNATTENDED!!! IT IS DEAD ASFF.”

Article continues below advertisement

The video opens with Domi passionately stating, “This is f—— ridiculous… There is a child left in the f—— car. I’m literally right next to the car right now. Left by herself in the f—— car seat.”

Domi explains that it is cold outside, probably only 45 degrees. Domi then notices that there’s another kid in the car as well. While we don’t see the children for privacy reasons, there’s a baby in a car seat as well as a toddler.

Domi tells us that she called 9-1-1 because she isn’t worried about anyone’s kids being taken away. She explains that if the parents were worried about their kids being taken away, then they wouldn’t have left them in the car by themselves.

The police show up and while we don’t see the interaction, we can hear Domi explain the situation to them. She turns the camera around so that we can see the police start to get the kids out of the car.

The video ends with Domi sitting in her car talking directly to the camera and saying that she doesn’t care if anyone calls her a “Karen,” and that she would never leave her kids in the car, “especially with sex trafficking going around.”

Domi also tells us that the dad shows up. He had taken the oldest child, a 14-year-old, into the store with him. He didn’t even know that the toddler was in the car until the police were there. Talk about bad parenting!

The caption for the video reads, “istg idgaf what y’all gotta say innem comments — DO NOT LEAVE UNDERAGED KIDS IN THE CAR ALONE‼️ if you’re under the age of 13, you shouldn’t be in a vehicle unattended. idc how quick your parents run into the store to grab some rice, STOP TS. people dgaf about what you doin’ when they’re breaking windows and kidnapping CHILDREN. STOP THAT S—.”

While Domi was expecting people to call her out for being a Karen, the people in the comments actually support her. One person wrote, “You did the right thing and I’m really proud of you for it,” while another said, “You are NOT a Karen you did the right thing!!!”

We agree with Domi. A lot of people would have seen those kids and have been concerned, but wouldn’t have done anything. She did something, and many people are thankful for her swift action, especially those kids.

  • The Philadelphia Eagles changed the font on their logo in 2022.
  • Fans weren’t pleased with the change.
  • The new logo has a more modern look, but fans prefer the classic font.

Like all NFL teams, the Philadelphia Eagles logo is synonymous with their brand. Established in 1933, the Philadelphia Eagles, hailing from Pennsylvania, have made their mark in the league. The team has won three NFL championships and one Super Bowl trophy. With almost nine decades of football history, the Eagles command a massive and dedicated fan base.

In addition to being known for their boisterous fans, the Eagles logo is iconic. However, the team made some changes to their beloved wordmark. In June 2022, the Philly-based football organization announced that they were changing the font used for their classic logo.

“The Philadelphia Eagles will be adopting and implementing a new, refreshed wordmark,” read a statement from the team, per Philly Voice. “Moving forward, it should replace the old Eagles wordmark in all forms of media and public-facing materials.” The statement explained that the Eagles head, that’s synonymous with the brand, will remain untouched.

For fans of the champion football team, the change came as a shock. Following the announcement, Eagles enthusiasts took to social media to express their concern and question why the change was made in the first place.

The new Eagles logo has a more modern look.

In the previous logo, the word “Eagles” was arched, and featured sharp edges extending from the “E” and “S.” The new logo takes a different approach and has a sleeker design. The “Es” have an inward pointed arrow, but the other letters are untouched. Gone are the shadow and arch that gave the watermark a 3-D appearance. The animated eagle head remains on the team’s logo, although it is now placed above the text.

The Philadelphia Eagles will begin to switch out their player’s jerseys in the 2024 football season, but fans aren’t happy with the change. “So ugly and basic and boring, I don’t want to wear this,” one person tweeted. While another added, “Man they must have done this with their eyes closed.”

The Eagles have made brand changes in the past.

Fans of the Philadelphia Eagles aren’t always opposed to changes made to their beloved team. In March 2022, the team announced the return of their classic kelly green jerseys, which haven’t been worn since 2010. “I’m here to announce that beginning in the 2023 season, we’re going to have the kelly green, classic Eagles jersey and matching helmet and do it the right way,” Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie said, per NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Jalen Hurts, Jason Kelce, and the other birds rocked the vintage gear for two games during the 2023 season, and fans couldn’t get enough of it. “Those should just be the regular set. So much better,” a fan tweeted. Meanwhile, others suggested that the Eagles, along with the Seattle Seahawks, should consider making their throwback jerseys the permanent alternative for home games.
