As for his content, he mostly focused on traveling to Asian countries like Japan and Thailand. In 2023, however, he would come under fire for his inflammatory remarks while in Japan.

Starting in mid-May 2023, Johnny began trending on social media after he livestreamed himself harassing Japanese citizens with racist remarks. The backlash to his content became so severe that he even started getting attacked on the street by angry locals. Now, in a stroke of karmic comeuppance, Johnny Somali was arrested in Osaka. One of the members of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is reportedly in very serious condition. News recently broke that Krayzie Bone, whose real name is Anthony Henderson, was in the hospital. Anthony is in the hospital because he suffers from an autoimmune condition known as sarcoidosis. The disease is inflammatory and causes the immune system to overreact to perceived threats, leading to pockets of inflamed tissue called granulomas.

Reports suggest that Anthony had a CAT scan that revealed one of his arteries was leaking into his lung, but surgery designed to stop the problem was not a success.

Now, reports suggest that Anthony is on a breathing machine and has been sedated.
