How did we never notice this before?

Believe it or not, there’s a specific design feature on the ceiling door handles of your car. Ever wondered what those things are used for? Sure, underneath them there almost always seems to be a dedicated hook to hang a shirt you’re going to wear for your job interview, a coat you want to make sure doesn’t get wrinkled that you hang in the backseat or a bag of “learn to drive” magnets you toss at vehicles that cut you off in traffic.

This woman had to test a viral car handle “hack”

But as TikToker @jmac8781 was shocked to discover, there’s actually a feature for the handles themselves.
Typically, these handles are used as maybe extra plastic/wire hanger real estate, for when you’re bringing home a particularly large dry cleaning haul.
Did you know?

They can also be used by moms who are driving with their children and are afraid that the infant they once had to explain that eating powdered Ajax from the can is wrong is in no operation of a moving vehicle that is capable of traveling at over 100 miles per hour and weighs a ton or two.

But did you know that there are usually little hooks underneath these handles that can be “popped” out to keep the handle in place, so it doesn’t just keep snapping back into its original position?
It’s OK, I had no idea, and neither did @jmac8781. In her now-viral clip, she stitched together an original video showing off the secret feature and she just had to try it for herself.

Once in her car, she tested out the hack.

So she ran down to her parking garage and found her whip (a Hyundai Kona, great car) and decided to test it out herself. As it turns out, yes, her car was equipped with the feature, and she was stunned.

And it actually worked!

The “hack” was originally made viral on the popular video-sharing platform by user @sanne_vberkel, who demonstrates exactly how to make the handle stay “open” in place. This could be useful when you’re hanging something off of it that’s a bit lighter and don’t want the handle to return to its original position.

It turns out that not many people knew about this “hack”

While there were throngs of people who were stunned by the find, others mentioned that they discovered this themselves by fidgeting a lot in the backseat of cars they’d ride in as children.

The Gist:
Clare and Cameron have their share of differences on Married at First Sight.
They move in together in the Dec. 6 episode of MAFS.
Clare and Cameron have a hard time getting on the same page about intimacy and affection.

Marrying a stranger, honeymooning with them, and moving in together right after that is hard. Add to that the expected pressure of affection and intimacy and things are even more difficult. Which is exactly what Clare and Cameron are dealing with an an exclusive clip from the Dec. 6 episode of Married at First Sight.
In a way, their issues aren’t a total surprise. They’ve separately expressed concern about affection with one another before. And things weren’t easy on their honeymoon. But now, they meet with Dr. Pepper to sort things out and see if they can work on it before it becomes an even bigger issue.

Do Clare and Cameron share an attraction for each other on ‘Married at First Sight’?
Not everyone on Married at First Sight feels that immediate connection or attraction for their partner. And even when they do, it still doesn’t always work out for them. When it comes to Clare and Cameron, the biggest issue is giving and receiving affection. When one of them feels they should be getting it from the other person, the other assumes the same thing. For Cameron, it’s about getting more in return from Clare.

“I think the thing that Clare and I maybe struggled with the most during the honeymoon was trying to build a comfortable space for physical intimacy,” Cameron tells Dr. Pepper in the MAFS clip.
The issue doesn’t seem to be that there is a lack of attraction between Clare and Cameron. But instead, it looks like Clare is just having a harder time fully opening up and she needs that strong emotional connection first.

Clare agrees that it has been difficult for her to express her “love and affection.” But for Cameron, just hearing Clare explain why she is moving at a slow pace, which includes past relationships and intimacy there, is enough for him. And, it seems, this open line of communication could be just what they need.
Most ‘Married at First Sight’ couples are slow moving when it comes to intimacy.
Despite some MAFS couples hitting it off right away some seasons, they don’t always jump into bed together on their wedding nights or even during their honeymoons. Most participants are quick to remain guarded when it comes to actually hooking up with their new spouse. And if Clare and Cameron are dealing with that just a tad more than others, it just means they’re taking things slowly.
Watch Married at First Sight on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
A man who was just enjoying a harmless game of hide and seek with his dog soon found himself trapped in a closet — with no idea how to get out.
Source: TikTok | @fireupforjesus
Even for the most pessimistic, anxiety-ridden worst-case scenario type of thinker, conjuring up ways for an innocent game of hide and seek with your sweet dog to go South sounds like a tall order.
Seriously, what’s the worst that could happen? Could they have a hard time finding you and honestly think for a few seconds that you were actually gone?

Or maybe, thinking that you were absent, they could finally jump on the couch and live out their wildest pet fantasies and tear up every cushion you have in the house? Or if you grew up watching Michael Dudikoff flexing his martial arts prowess in the ’80s, maybe, in the craziest of scenarios, a group of ninjas working for an evil land developer would smash into your place while you were hiding and kidnap your sweet animal angel?

Or, maybe, unlike TikTok user @fireupforjesus, you totally could foresee how your pet would accidentally move a door in a room in such a way that it would trap you in the closet in which you were hiding in during your game of hide-and-seek, leaving you wondering just how in the world you’re going to get yourself out.

He documented his struggles in a series of TikToks, the first of which went massively viral, clocking in over 5 million views and a slew of comments from intrigued users who wanted to know how and if he’d be able to work his way out of the dual-door pickle.

The TikToker begins his video from inside of the closet, his voice taking on a slightly incredulous tone as he lays out the situation he’s found himself in: “I can’t make this stuff up so I was playing hide and go seek with my dog, he’s right there, and, um, I ran to hide in the closet. I closed the door, but I didn’t realize he had, he closed the other door behind it.”

His dog, Milo, tries poking its nose in between the crack of the door as @fireupforjesus places his hand through the crack and tries pushing the door open by applying a bit of force “Like, or opened the other door so now the other door is like pushed into this one’s door handle, hear it? And I have no way…like my arm don’t fit around. Dude. I don’t wanna break this door. Milo, can you help me? Yeah I know, I don’t know what to do either.”

“So yeah, current situation: stuck in a closet,” he says, defeated, looking into the camera unsure as to what he should do while his dog, Milo, still waiting for him to end his tenure as hider by exiting the closet, which he was unable to do without breaking down the doors, or so he thought.
That’s because he was eventually able to get out of the closet because in a follow-up clip, he posted as a response to one of the many commenters who were waiting with bated breath to see how he was going to extricate himself from his predicament, he demonstrated just how badly he was stuck in there from the outside of the closet.

In the clip, he pushes the door in question that Milo inadvertently used to trap him inside his spot: due to the angles of the doors, the metal latch of the handle on the one door caught on the closet door when fully extended, meaning that whoever is in the closet would have a heck of a time trying to get out.

The Bible enthusiast, in another video, recreated the scenario from inside the closet, with a concerned-looking Milo waiting outside and peering through the crack as he did in the TikToker’s initial upload.
He shows that sliding his left or right hand through the side crack in the door is ultimately a futile effort, as he can’t get enough leverage or clearance from the closet door’s handle on the room’s door latch to push the other door away enough so he can make his exit.

What he did discover, however, was that by reaching above the door and sliding his fingers through that crack, he was able to get just enough space to use his fingers to push the room door away from the closet, which allowed him to break free from his empty, carpeted prison, and reunite with Milo.

Thankfully, the scripture fan was tall enough to reach over the the top of the closet door and his fingers were indeed long enough to push it away, otherwise, he may’ve been stuck in there longer, or he would’ve had to get to shoulder charging the doors and, leaving him with not only a mess to clean up, and a potential safety hazard for Milo, but now a new expense he incurred from an innocent game of hide and seek with his beloved pet.
Overall it could’ve been worse for him, however: at least he had his cell phone with him so if the doors were made of a sturdier material and he was truly stuck, he could’ve phoned for some help.
An NFL tailgater found a brilliant way to kill two birds with one stone: get the cost of his game day tickets covered while enjoying some beers.

Tailgating is about as time-honored a tradition as stanning for K-Pop groups on Twitter by doxxing anyone who says anything bad about your favorite 17-woman group.

And while you could pretty much tailgate anywhere you can park a car and bust out a cooler of drinks and a portable grill, the practice is often most closely associated with NFL fans who vehemently debate whether or not Tom Brady would be able to survive under the rule set that other greats like Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw among many others.
That’s usually what one thinks of when tailgating: a group of fans pre-gaming while rocking their favorite jerseys and day drinking, presumably in a bid to make the game more enjoyable while they scar their vocal cords as they say things about the referees who probably would’ve gotten them banned from social media.

What one doesn’t consider, is how fans can, before the game, earn a few bucks while engaging in some friendly drinking competitions with their fellow pigskin lovers.
But that’s exactly what this industrious fan did.

Ronny Doitche (@ronnydoitche) has posted several TikTok clips that demonstrate his beer chugging prowess, whether it’s rocking crazy-looking, quad-bottle holders to help him slam multiple Miller High Lifes at the same time, or sitting outside of a McDonald’s and pouring out and pounding down a Grimace Shake Jager Bomb, the man sure knows how to get creative with his unique skill.

In what is perhaps the most brilliant display of mixing business with pleasure when it comes to drinking beer in a stadium parking lot before a football game, Ronny set up a table with a cooler and multiple plastic cups and decided to record himself absolutely smashing folks who thought they could out chug the quick-beer-drinking maven.

In a clip that’s garnered over 18.7 million views, Ronny can be seen sitting behind this table. His face: stoic, presumably fixated on the task at hand: to take as many $20 bills from unsuspecting NFL game attendees as possible.

A sign on the table reads: “$100 to your $20 I can chug a Friday beer faster than you change my mind.”
An unsuspecting participant approaches Ronny at the table and puts $20 into his jar as he says, “Go Patriots.”

Another NFL fan tries his luck and Ronny seemingly gives him a head start, but he summarily loses, earning Ronny another $20 in the process. The third guy puts up a better fight, but ultimately falls to Ronny.

While the video shows a fourth competitor, someone off camera remarks that Ronny was already “10 beers deep” at this point, signifying he’s already managed to earn $200 from his tailgating venture. This individual watches the chug champ best him, and doesn’t even bother to attempt to chug any longer.

No matter who steps up to test their mettle against Ronny, they can’t seem to match his speed, but everyone, to their credit, takes it well. By the end of it, according to a caption he appended to his post, he was $440 richer, which, depending on the tickets he bought for the game, should more than cover the cost of his ticket and the beers he brought to the parking lot.

TikTokers who bore witness to Ronny’s chugging excellence seemed just as impressed as everyone else watching on in the video. Like this person who wrote: “It seemed like he just kept getting faster each time lol I could never do that”
While another was just impressed with his hustle: “Dudes making money by drinking beer. I need this talent lol”
